This project is a module of the E3Gen study (Multigenerational effects of toxicant exposures on life course health and neurocognitive outcomes in the ELEMENT birth cohorts). It´s objective is to examine long-term effects of toxicant exposure during pregnancy on women´s metabolic health during the menopausal transition. In this module we will collect and analyze information on physical activity and sleep in adult women via accelerometry and questionnaire administration in order to analyze how these factors can interact with (or mediate) exposures to environmental toxins in early stages of adulthood to affect subsequent cardiometabolic health of women.
